Here are some of our top tips for saving water at home:

1. When you're waiting for the water to get hot, collect the colder water in a jug then use to water your plants

2. Collect rain water to use for watering garden plants 

3. Make sure the taps are turned off properly with no drips 

4. Make sure you turn the top off whilst you are cleaning your teeth 

5. Remember to take a refillable bottle of water when you go out

6. Try to take short showers instead of baths
