For our Christmas performance this year, Year 1 and 2 worked together to perform the poem 'Twas the Night Before Christmas'. They worked hard to learn the words of the poem and practised saying the words together (in time!). They also learnt 3 different songs: Ho ho ho, The Perfect Christmas Tree and Christmas (there's lots to get done). Each class had their own part of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas' to learn, as well as an individual class poem and a class dance. Squirrels entertained the audience as Reindeers, Foxes were toys under the tree and 
Otters dressed up as Santa and elves. The children all did a fabulous job and should be very proud of themselves!

Ava "I enjoyed it because I really like singing and dancing!"

Ava-Rae "It was really fun when I did all the actions."

Ethan "I really enjoyed it because at the start I was on the front row so I could see everyone that was watching."

Mabel "My two favourite parts were performing Santa's Workshop and Santa Shark"
