PTA Fireworks

Help needed to run the event…

We are still in need of help with the following:

  • marshals to stand on the green along the fence to the school.
  • help to serve food and drinks 5.30 – 6.30
  • Help to clear the debris from the field on Saturday morning
  • If you think you can help with any of the above, please email pta@swavesey.cambs.sch.uk

If you plan to attend the event please adhere to the following to keep everyone safe:

  • Wear a mask at all times apart from when eating or drinking.

  • Sanitising your hands, some will be provided but please bring your own if possible.

 

  • Maintain a distance from others outside your household. We will be using the playground and the field areas to give more space for this.

  • Do not attend if you are unwell
  • If possible take an LFD test before attending to check you are not asymptomatic

  • Please note – there will be no access to any inside area including no access to the toilets

 

  • Bringing cash, preferably the correct amount to purchase items
  • Items will be priced as follows:
